Scope of Our Service

Bitance buys and sells USDT for cash. That is the entirety of our business. We are not a party to, and take no part in, any other trade, arrangement or activity our customers are engaged in, and we have no visibility of it.

Any dealing a customer has with a third party is a matter between that customer and that third party. Nothing in a transaction with Bitance creates a partnership, agency, joint venture or shared undertaking between us and the customer, and Bitance accepts no responsibility or liability for anything a customer does before, after or outside their transaction with us.

We do not condone the use of our service in connection with any unlawful activity.

Law Enforcement Requests

Requests from authorities should be sent to developers@bitance.online, accompanied by a court order, summons, or an FIR naming Bitance. Every request received at that address is reviewed, and we respond with the information available to us as required by law.
