About Bitance

Bitance is a group operating within India, catering retail service to its users to buy and sell cryptocurrency in cash only, since 2016. Through its unwavering service the group has become well known in this industry. The service that once centred on Bitcoin is today offered for USDT. Bitance operates from multiple locations within India, with communications handled from Singapore.

Why have I not heard about Bitance so far?

Bitance began building an online presence only this year. The group has been operating for a long time through its Telegram channel, which is where its customers have always reached it.

Why does Bitance not stay only on its Telegram channel?

Telegram’s continued availability in India cannot be taken for granted. A chat application of its own is the one immediate safeguard against losing contact with customers if access is ever disrupted. Bitance therefore maintains both — its Telegram channel and Bitance Chat.

What is Bitance.chat?

Bitance.chat is a private messaging app built for a single purpose: direct and secure contact with the admin of the company. Unlike other chat applications it offers no chat between users at all. The purpose of this application is to support Bitance’s OTC (Over the Counter) service, so inside the app you get live rate updates, announcements by the company, and a direct chat with an admin — nothing else. No other user can ever see your chats.

What is the process to Buy USDT in cash? OR How to buy from Bitance?

After you log in you will see the rates at the top of the screen. “We Buy” is the rate at which Bitance will buy from you, and “We Sell” is the rate at which Bitance will sell to you.

To buy USDT, follow the steps below.

  1. Ask for a token number and a branch name over chat.
  2. Have the funds delivered to that branch under your name and contact number, quoting the token number given to you.
  3. Once you receive a call from that branch, tell them to give the cash to the person carrying that token.
  4. Inform us that you have told them.
  5. Our person will go there and collect the cash.
  6. We will confirm to you that the payment has been received.
  7. We will ask you for a wallet address, to which we will transfer your USDT.

What is the process to Sell USDT in Cash? OR How to sell to Bitance?

After you log in you will see the rates at the top of the screen. “We Buy” is the rate at which Bitance will buy from you, and “We Sell” is the rate at which Bitance will sell to you.

To sell USDT, follow the steps below.

  1. Ask the admin for a wallet address and confirm the amount of USDT you are going to send.
  2. Once they provide the wallet address, transfer your USDT to it.
  3. Inform the admin, and share proof of your transfer.
  4. Once they confirm, give them your contact details and the branch at which you want to receive your funds.
  5. Your funds are delivered within 15–20 minutes through a TPP (Third Party Payment) service, also known as Angadiya.

What is the time to buy or sell USDT from Bitance? Are they available 24x7?

No. Since this is a human-operated service, human working hours apply, so admins can only reply to you between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. Messages sent after that are deleted in the night, so you will have to send your message again the next day. If a holiday is coming up, it is announced on the application, on Telegram and on Instagram.

Can I negotiate on the rates when I buy USDT or sell USDT?

Yes, of course. If you are not happy about the rates shown, you can always ask for the rate you want. Where possible, the team can deal at a special rate for you without changing the rates published above.
